Armand Breuer has extensive global project execution experience across the petrochemical and oil and gas sectors. Armand has held a variety of positions within several Aker companies, spanning from engineering management, commissioning and start-up management to project management on oil and gas projects, polymer facilities, chemical facilities and carbon capture. For the NGA project, he maintains overall responsibility for designing a cost effective green ammonia facility, project management through FEED and EPC, and managing the permitting processes.
